Welcome the the UOEP, sometimes nicknamed 'yope', it was originally founded on the 14th of march 2008. Its main ideals are based on the Packwoodist penguinist view that people can be happy simply by choosing to be, and that reality is beautiful and amazing if one chooses to see it that way [it is also considered quite insane]. These are reflected by UOEP culture.
We are a micronation, a micronation made up of micro-micronations, there are 2 ways we categorize land [sections of land can be as small as 10x10cm!] Firstly, by constituency, secondly by the individual territories. Constituencies are like regions or counties, they are like micro-micronations which have their own laws and culture [but still follow the overall UOEP standard] these consituencies can have multiple territories. [while this is flexible, we do put limits on it sometimes]. They are mainly categoriesed by Size, population, political significance, and the loveliness of the area in general.
Of course, you do not have to agree with these ideals to be a citizen, not at all. Almost anyone can join!
