Territory classification.

This is based mainly on size, sometimes by population and political significance, as well as niceness.

Ratings for each are:

1 [small] - 2 [minor] - 3 [medium] - 4 [major] etc

Size

0 - under 50cm squared

1 - Under 1 meter squared

2 - Aprox size of a room.

3 - Run-around-able

4 - Significant

5 - Friggin huge!

Population

0 - 0

1 - under 5

2 -5-10

3 -10-20

4 - 20-30

5 - 30+

Note: There are 2 population scores, a total population and a human-only population.

Political significance

It is important to note that this can not be measured as easily, the following measurments are only examples

-1 - Is a political disafvantage.

0 - None

1 - Not much

2 - Somthing of value and use

3 - The capital [of the Constituency], somthing that has a lot of somthing, would cause big problems if lost.

4 - almost if not completely dependant upon it [Constit.] Capital etc [Union]

5 - The entire union is dependant upon it.

 Niceness

It is important to note that this can not be measured as easily, the following measurments are only examples

-1 - Blerg

0 - Eww

1 - Not too nice

2 - Okish

3 - Pretty

4 - Lovely

5 - Stunning.

 

The Average ranking comes from the above factors, which can include decimal places [example,  3.75] If it is a Decimal, the Protector of the kumber may sometimes be allowed to round it up or down.

 

Territory and Constituency Numbers

Each Territory has a number, as does its constituency, these numbers  are not used much, but are usefull for reference.

A constituencies number is represented as 1## or X## [with X being the appropriate number] and territories being 1#1 or X#Y  [X being the constituencies number, and Y being the territory number.

An example list thing would be like: 1#1, 1#2, 1#3,  2#1, 2#2
