There is a lot of dispute about how the UOEP should be run but for now the following is what we plan to increment.

Notable positions of government and status:
Flumber: Bran the golden labrador
undisputed head of the flumbocracy and joint head of state with the pointy moose, the Flumber is a permanent position.
Pointy moose: Tom Challen
Head of the shlondovardy and joint head of state with the flumber [though is usually supposed to have a bit more power] - is elected into position for 6 months usually, after which is a matter of time before the flumbocrats can be arsed to start an election.
Shlondovards: Sam jones, Naomi burrage, Tom challen, Connor green.
From the shlondovardy, which is the elected senate that is supposed to make most of the decisions [though mostly don't, so far, because of their lazyness]
Umflumbers: Drake (leavolos)
for constituencies too small, or that havnt bothered to formed a local government yet, or there is lack of government in total [or they just want it this way] The flumbocracy will usually apoint an umflumber, a governer type figure, to run the place.
Not so notable positions of government and status:
Protector of the flumber: Sam packwood
Direct assistant, protector and messenger of the flumber [or at least until the flumbocracy expands] roles usualy involve maintaining the official site, speaking on behalf of the flumber in forign affairs and to the Shlondovardy and managing elections.
Queen of buttons: "Buttons"
Buttons form a significant fraction of the population, and often emigrate from dangerous places and are in need of a voice, well, not really, but the position is still there.
Current plan for the political system.
The current political system is mostly democratic in the UEOP, although
the flumber (head of state and protector of the kumber) does have a
considerable amount of power. The senate, or the shlondovardy is made
up of ministers elected from different constituenciesand other
positions which are usually chosen by the flumber. There
is also the PM (pointy moose), which serves as secondary
minister in the political lemon, and is in charge of the senate.
The PM works closeley with the ministries and agencies, and is highly
assosiated with the flumber. There are also flumbercrats, which aare
special ministers that are chosen by the flumber. These are all the positions
that are included in the political lemon, and are the highest positions
in the UEOP government.
For each constituency, there is a local authority called a
shlondavet, which is elected by the local citizens and is headed by a
governor or in some cases an umflumber, which is usually chosen by the flumber.
A shlondavard is usually elected to become part ofthe shlondovardy.
The election process is different in each constituency,
but in most, there is one shlondav from each territory. Animals are not
allowed to become shlondavs in most cases, and inanimate objects are
not allowed to vote.
If there is no Shlondav or Shlondavard, or only one of the two, the constituency is
automatically Flumbumzored, where the Flumber apoints someone to govern [umflumber]
and/or takes direct control.
Sometimes Constituencies can choose to have someone appointed by the Flumber, or a less
demorcratic sytem [Flumbumists]
Shlondavets are not always compulsory, any kind of local government is satisfactory [but usualy must be approved of by the Shlandovardy]
