Immature intelijenz service (IIS)
No matter who you are, which territory you live in, which toilet you use,
the immature intellijenz servis may be watching you. There may be plausible
reasons for this, such as 'you are an enemy of the union', or it may simply
be because you smell, or are considered a poo head.
They check up on foreign entities more than they do UOEP entities.
The IIS deal in many areas, it works with the HSS to bring down known
enemies of the union and to keep citizens in check, but the IIS often deals
in more serious cases, such as if the citzen in question hasnt washed their
hands after going to the toilet, or if they generally, just smell, or are
considered annoying by the uoep political lemon. Also, IIS agents spy on those
who may seem suspicious and can either report them to the HSS command or
take immediate action themselves. Anyone caught harrasing diliberateley any
citizen of te UOEP or offending daisies will immediateley be taken by the
IIS and, depending on the seriousness of the situation, punished secretivly
and often grimly by the IIS, or given a scentence by the HSS. The IIS can
employ or request the HSS to help catch or attack the subject.
The HSS and ISS work losely together when it comes to crime.
The IIS are also in charge of the UOEP criminal records.
The IIS is not fully operational yet, but some operations have begun, and
it is currently being worked on a lot, as with the HSS. It is priority that the
IIS is functioning, but is low priorty with being fully established, as other things
need sorting out too.

IIS Most wanted [sometimes given nicknames] Offenders are definatly guilty, suspects are people to be weary of and the public need to be cautious of until the IIS give the all clear:
--Offender #1:
Nick Name: Un-named offender
Crime: Wanted for multiple prolonged accounts of harrassing UOEP citizens, daisy
offences and smelling most foul.
This particular individual has been harrasing UOEP citizens for months and often trespassing on UOEP territory
with the sole intention of annoying the UOEP and its citizens unprovoked.
Occurances of annoyance have occured annoyingly in happyland, preferably the daisy plains and cwackhead mountains.
These still happen to this day, He has become hated among Happyland natives.
Punishment/action: He is not allowed on UOEP Territory for a long amount of time
[He can, however, pass through it] Both the IIS and HSS have been given approval to do whatever they
feel is nessisery to punish him or keep him from harrasing citizens.

Nick Name: Zombie wabbit killer guy
Crime/suspicious act: Was seen playing a rabbit killing game by 3 citizens and the flumber [an obscenity] He said he was not bothered about killing the poor virtual bunnies and did not switch to alternate non-wabbit killing games when suggested to. He was also not bothered that other people were offended by it [and appeared to keep on playing it for the sake of being stubborn]
Punishment/action: IIS is keeping an eye on him, he is prohibited from gaining a high-ranking position for a short time. The IIS may test him to see if he is likely to become a wabbit killer.
