Foreign Relations and Current Diplomacy
As you will know, the UOEP has not been established long, and therefore for
much of its early days diplomatic relations have been a low priority
compared to other things such as government agencies, immigration and so
on. Currently, we have diplomatic relations with one other micronation,
the popular Aerican empire . However, this is NOTHING
MORE THAN CONDITIONAL RECOGNITION, as we cannot be considered for full
recognition until the UOEP is six months old. However, this does mean that
we may be seen by other existing micronations as 'existing', and Aerica has
two decades of experience behind them and are good to turn to.
Our relations with 'real' nations (macronations) are somewhat
different. We currently have contacts that originted in these three
countries: Britain, USA, and France. This makes us an international online
community. We have very little diplomatic relations with USA and France, as
they are a long way away from UOEP command and we have no borders with either
of them. However, we have had dodgy relations with britain, and many argum-
ents and potential wars to do with certain territories. We have had a recent
small war with britain, where A british agent disguised as a man walking
his dog succesfully infiltrated the west half of the qak forest, the HSS
and IIS prepared an invasion but it turned out there was no british presence
there, the west half was then restored. This war amounted to nothing, but
we have still had to be careful of British invasions during recent times.
It is highly unlikeley that Britain will carry out full attacks that may
harm any citizens. It is most likely all unfreindly actions from britain
will probably be just espionage and/or silly, and always territory related.
work is underway to restore a friendly stance, the UOEP does not want
much trouble with britain as most yopians have british relatives and friends.
We are soon going to try to establish contact with Lykosha, a 'wolf-nation'.
Whether this shall go ahead and when is still questionable, but the official
word at the moment is that it will not be too long from now.
The UOEP has also established contact with cakeland

Cakeland have recently become close allys, below is the treaty:
The Exstatic-Cake treaty
1) Neither party can declare war on the other.
2) Both nations recognise the other.
3) Both nations will assist the other if they are at war.
4) No nation will damage the others website or forums.
5) Members/citizens can post on each others forums, but are advised to do so only when it is appropriate.
6) Be nice in general.
7) If this treaty is to be cancelled you must give the other nation at least 24 hours to be notified about it.
Sweet
Sweet is a land which it seems will share good relations with us, both nations have taken a liking to each other and made the following agreement:
1) Both nations will support one another in each other's development.
2) Both nations will not declare war on one another.
3) Neither nation must corrupt or steal one another's citizens.
4) Both nations will respect and recognise each other.
5) Both nations will try to assist the other if they are at war. (this won't be a requirment unless the nation is under attack, whereas if one of the two nations is undisputedly the aggresor in the conflict the other nation will not be obliged to assist them but can do anyway)
6)No nation will try to harm the other in any way.
7) If this treaty is to be cancelled you must give the other nation at least 48* hours to be notified about it.
